Mountain Rose Herbs’ DVD collection is growing! Here’s the latest addition:
Elixircraft, hosted by effervescent and thoroughly knowledgeable educator Daniel Vitalis, takes the well-known ÛÏsmoothieÛ to a whole new level. This beautifully filmed and fun-to-watch instructional film features six delicious and nutrition-packed recipes, interspersed with Daniel’s tidbits of herbal information and lore about each ingredient. Rather than simply placing all ingredients in a blender, Daniel shows you the best way to bring out the fullness of nutrition from each ingredient he uses. Each recipe is geared towards a specific aspect of wellness, from relaxation to hormonal support to immune system boosting.
We’re especially excited to introduce this video in conjunction with the Rootstalk festival, since Daniel Vitalis is there with us as an educator (and fire-starter!). For those who attend Rootstalk (or just wish they could!) and want to learn more from Daniel, this DVD will be an invaluable addition to your collection.
