A few weeks back, our crew headed out once again to beautiful Green Island with the McKenzie River Trust to plant trees as part of our Mountain Rose River Project.
Several times a year, employees manage 6-8 restoration projects through our Paid Time For Community Involvement Program. The Mountain Rose River Project focuses exclusively on cleaning and restoring riparian ecosystems, stream health, and fish habitat here in Oregon.
After a full day of digging holes, planting maples, firs, Oregon grape, and spreading grass seed, Shawn made a new friend who will surely appreciate our hard work!
